Served. The results above are compiled into one Proof of Service PDF for this respondent.

A court can set an award aside when a party was not given proper notice. So every notice is sent on four channels, tracked for each respondent, and proved with its own Proof of Service.

The work of a case, in one system

Every notice goes out on four channels and is tracked per respondent and channel. Each respondent gets a Proof of Service PDF.

A person chooses the arbitrator, with a recorded basis, a written reason, a s.12 disclosure and an objection window. Nothing auto-allocates.

Respondents open their case from a one-time link, confirm it with an OTP and read it in English, Hindi or Marathi.

Video hearings run in five phases with the arbitrator, and a phase starts only with both sides present.

Every action lands in an append-only log, each entry chained to the one before by its hash.

What the law says about notice

“An arbitral award may be set aside by the Court only if … the party making the application was not given proper notice of the appointment of an arbitrator or of the arbitral proceedings or was otherwise unable to present his case.”

Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, s. 34(2)(a)(iii)

The ground a court applies to improper notice. Each respondent’s service is proved against it.

Safeguards built into the record

Each firm’s data is kept apart, contact details are encrypted, and every action is written to a log no one can edit. People make the decisions that matter.

  • Hash-chained audit logDetails

Every action is written to an append-only log. Each entry carries the hash of the one before it, so a changed entry breaks the chain from that point on.

  • Tenant isolationDetails

Postgres row-level security keeps each firm’s records apart, on every table.

  • Encrypted contact dataDetails

Phone numbers and email addresses are stored encrypted.

  • Arbitrators chosen by a personDetails

The software never allocates or ranks arbitrators. A person chooses, and records the basis and a written reason.

  • AI drafts, people approveDetails

AI can prepare a draft. A person reviews and approves every notice before it is sent.

  • No paymentsDetails

The software handles no money. Lenders report updates as data only.
